Who I am

I study Sustainability & Change – and put what I learn there into practice every day. From first idea to delivery: with GangisPartys I built an event series of my own hosting up to 700 guests, at Bosch I both planned and implemented internal change processes, and with Berrybay I developed a new concept and brought it to market. What drives me is not the idea, but the moment it works – and the people it enriches.

Motivation

Why Mercedes-Benz

I grew up in Ehningen, right next to one of the largest Mercedes-Benz plants in the world in Sindelfingen. The brand has been part of my thinking ever since childhood.

What interests me most is the current competition with China: how manufacturers there manage to build vehicles at high quality while keeping costs so low — and what large automotive groups like Mercedes-Benz can set against that.

Equally important to me is the electrification of the fleet, which is a major lever for more sustainable mobility. That is also a topic that genuinely interested me during my degree (Sustainability & Change). I would like to contribute actively to both.

Why strategy consulting

I find it genuinely exciting to rethink things, analyse how they connect, and turn the right dials early so that, over time, they combine into real impact.

I have already experienced this in practice: at Bosch I built a diagnostic tool that quantifies an organisation's need for change across nine criteria on a scale from 0 to 100 — translating a complex, fuzzy question into a clear, actionable model.

In the same way, at GangisPartys I built a new business line through a targeted segmentation strategy for graduating classes, which grew our profit by more than 100%.

Both show what drives me: I do not just execute, I actively think about which direction a development should take and why.

My experience at Bosch also sits close to how Mercedes-Benz Management Consulting describes its own mandate: developing strategies for business transformation and enabling automation of the core business. That is exactly the space between concept and execution I want to grow in — now on a strategic rather than operational level.
